Program PLANT Overview:Implement Fiserv DNA for Loan Accounting/Loan Servicing for all Customers. Build interfacing programs in a cloud environment. Test and roll out to end users.
Transitioning from highly customized legacy platform to scalable, modern tech stackNext-generation technologies will be easier to maintain and enhance over timeEnabling real-time capabilities (vs. batch loads in today's world)Better security and complianceUltimately lowers fixed costs by moving off of the current mainframe solutionKey Responsibilities
Lead Program PLANT Agile Release Train (ART) and serve as coach/mentor to Scrum MastersServe as role model for Agile delivery best practicesFacilitate the ART events and processes and assist the teams in finding ways to improve efficiencies in delivering valueCommunicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, and help manage riskManage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using various tools, such as Azure DevOps and the Program KanbanPlan for and facilitate PI planning eventsSummarize Team PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparencyFacilitate periodic synchronization events, including the ART/PO/SoS sync meetingsEncourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignmentDrive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and help them improve Foster Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality practicesMaintain program schedule, risk and issue logIn collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum Masters, prepare presentations for ELT, Board, SMC, and Steering CommitteesCoordinate with ICFR Compliance Lead to ensure requirements and controls are metPartner with Business Readiness Lead on change strategy and user adoption effortsMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field7+ years of related experience5+ years of leadership experience5+ years of experience leading complex technology transformation programs, preferably in the financial industryAgile experience/certifications required, SAFe experience/certifications strongly preferredExpertise in organizational change management disciplineAbility to foster relationships within the organization and internal and external stakeholdersStrong verbal and written communication skillsKey Experience(s)
Prior experience as a Release Train EngineerUnderstanding of Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) and SAFe practicesCoaching in Agile/SAFe formatsPreviously run ART CeremoniesPrevious work as a SM or PM on FISERV products, specifically DNA, a plusKey Skill(s):
Good communicator, both written and verbalWell organizedAttention to detailVisionary - One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at handSkilled instructor that can adapt to current Agile maturity and help develop grownKey Technology /Certification(s):
SAFe certified a plusADO experience a plus
