This role will ensure agreed upon deliverables are completed incrementally in an agile/SAFe framework. The incumbent is responsible for running/executing agile release train, which typically consists of cross functional groups subdivided into multiple development teams. They ensure all the inter/intra dependencies and risks are managed, and teams are focused on agreed upon deliverables such as working software at the end of each program increment.Primary Responsibilities:Facilitates work for the Agile Release Train (ART) and is responsible for program execution, software delivery, escalating impediments, managing risk, and helping drive continuous improvement for the ART.Enables PI planning readiness through pre-PI planning activities (backlog reviews, preparedness reviews) working in conjunction with PM, Architects, Epic Owners, and Business Owners.Tracks the execution of features and capabilities through metrics across ART.
