Job Description
We are searching for a motivated paralegal with three or more years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be supporting both the personal injury defense and construction defect practice groups. Paralegals on the team assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, preparing cases for mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trial. This includes drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other court documents, performing legal research, and preparing discovery and responding.
Qualifications and Skills:Paralegal Certificate3+ years of experience in civil defense litigationExperience assisting attorneys with all aspects of litigationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented and well organizedCollaborative team playerBachelor's degree is preferred but not requiredBenefits:
