Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Project Manager

to lead K-12 or healthcare construction projects in the Austin area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to work with a premier construction firm recognized for its commitment to excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities : Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and successful execution. Oversee the day-to-day operations of projects, providing leadership and direction to project teams. Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress and challenges. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Manage procurement processes for materials and subcontractor services, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on track. Foster strong client relationships and maintain open lines of communication throughout the project. Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in K-12 or healthcare sectors. Strong understanding of construction management principles, methods, and best practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
