Overview : We are looking for a highly motivated

Assistant Project Manager

with experience in K-12 or healthcare construction to support project management teams in delivering large-scale educational or medical facilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities : Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and management of K-12 and healthcare construction projects. Help prepare project schedules, budgets, and reports, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and financials. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to facilitate smooth project workflow. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications. Support the procurement of materials and subcontractor services. Participate in project meetings, preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and project documentation. Assist in resolving on-site issues and ensuring that quality standards are met. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans. Help maintain strong client relationships by providing regular project updates and communication. Qualifications : 2-4 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on K-12 or healthcare projects. Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project). Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
