Job Description:
Summary:
In consultation with the CTRL staff, the Event and Program Coordinator participates in the planning and implementation of on-campus and hybrid events, providing program and event management support services, including event space logistics, A/V equipment support, recording of events, and other logistical support, as well as marketing support, including social media maintenance and website updates.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate multiple aspects of planning and executing CTRL's programs and events.Collaborate with CTRL's Part-Time Graphic Designer to develop marketing materials and signage for all CTRL events and programs.Collaborate with CTRL's webmaster and other members of the CTRL staff in maintaining and updating CTRL's websites.Develop timelines for project managementPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Part-Time.20 hours per week.Salary Range:
$18 per hour.Required Education and Experience:
MA/MFA candidate or degree holder or Ph.D. candidate.The individual filling this position must be creative, results oriented, and excel in customer service.Strong administrative and communication skillsPreferred Education and Experience:
Previous experience with event management and marketing.Additional Information:
