About us: Alamo NEX Construction, LLC is a part of the Ferrovial Group in Texas. In 2021, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) selected Alamo NEX Construction, LLC, a joint venture between Ferrovial Construction Texas, LLC and DBW, LLC (both Ferrovial Group subsidiaries), to complete the Interstate 35 (I-35) NEX Central Project. This project is a $1.5 billion Texas Design-Build (DB) project through the cities of San Antonio, Live Oak, Selma, and Schertz that will consist of non-tolled improvements along I-35, I-140, and Loop 1604. The proposed improvements will include the addition of elevated managed lanes to I-35, addition of 4 connector bridges at the I-35/I-410 North interchange, addition of 4 connector bridges at the I-35/Loop 1604 interchange, and widening of Loop 1604 in Bexar and Guadalupe Counties. Business Processes and Digitalization ManagerLocation:San Antonio, TXProject:I35NEX Central ProjectCompanyAlamo NEX Construction LLCDescription:The position of Business Processes and Digitalization Manager will lead the digitalization of the project processes, assisting and leading the implementation and standardization of the project processes.Duties and Responsibilities:Leads the Document Control, and Document Site/SharePoint implementation

for the project.Implements digital procedures, tools and platforms to improve access and

management of the information, i.e., Procore, or any other platform selected.Digitalization of processes that require digital support of the different departments.

Promotes standardization of processes of all departments.

Coordinates with US Data Management Team.

Reporting via generation of Power BI panel for data visualization

Documents the processes implemented in the project, guides and manuals.

Collaborates in the development of information management proceduresProvides Software Training to the project and contributes to the identification,

development and implementation of the training program in collaborative tools and information systems of construction managementPromotes the digitalization culture

Any other reasonable request deemed necessary by management

Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Construction Management degree preferred but not required based on previous work experience.

5+ years' experience

Promotes the digitalization culture

Must have an in-depth working knowledge in leading meetings and teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

Must be experienced in infrastructure projects

3+ years experienced in management roles

Other Skills & Experience:Office 365 (Intermediate/expert level) - Excel

Office 365 SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Power Automate, EDMS

Power BI

Procore

Organizational Relationships:Reports directly to the Project Controls Manager.
