RESPONSIBILITIES:

Train all stewards, steward crew leaders, lodge attendants, and lodge attendant crew leadersSupervise the staff and delegate duties as appropriateHelp develop weekly staff schedule based on expected volume of businessMaintain a departmental log with a record of work accomplished, staff attendance, and performance notesConduct weekly staff meetings and review time recordsConduct an inventory of wares and furnishings at the Snow Park lodges and order new supplies as neededReport failures or problems with departmental equipment to building maintenanceAssist food & beverage management in any matters as requestedConduct a daily review of building cleanliness and properly set guest spaceOther duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous supervisory experience preferredPrevious experience in food service or janitorial operations preferredSpanish speaking candidates preferredMust have a valid drivers' license and clean driving recordMust be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand for long periods of timeDATES OF EMPLOYMENT:
