Reporting to the Executive Director of Applications, the Data & KPI Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. This role involves developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection, Analysis, and Interpretation:

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Perform statistical analysis and quantitative techniques to derive meaningful insights. Utilize programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis. Developing and Maintaining KPIs:

Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor business performance and support strategic decision-making. Regularly track and report on these KPIs to assess and improve business performance.

Creating Reports and Dashboards:

Create and present detailed reports and dashboards to stakeholders using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to visualize data. Ensure visualizations are clear, informative, and tailored to the audience's needs.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support. Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Ensuring Data Accuracy and Integrity:

Perform regular data audits and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Prepare and clean data to ensure its quality and reliability.

Identifying Process Improvements:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and KPI management.

Business Intelligence (BI):

Apply knowledge of BI tools and techniques to transform data into actionable information. Use BI tools to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in statistical methods, quantitative analysis, and programming languages (Python, R, SQL). Data Management:

Experience in using and managing database systems. Data Visualization:

Proficiency in creating clear and informative visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib. Business Intelligence:

Knowledge of BI tools and techniques.
