In this role, you will join a dynamic team of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professionals who are committed to enhancing the employee experience at Sargent & Lundy. As part of this team, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to source and engage passive talent.
Collaborate with the Lead Sourcer to expand our passive talent pipeline and meet hiring goals.
Conduct comprehensive searches for qualified candidates using a variety of platforms and techniques.
Build and nurture a network of potential candidates through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
Foster positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a strong candidate experience from first contact through recruitment stages.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and present qualified candidates that align with their goals.
Manage the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices, continuously recommending improvements to enhance our processes.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with 3 days per week in the office and the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter, Sourcing Specialist, or in a similar role within a corporate environment.
Proven expertise in identifying and sourcing top talent on LinkedIn.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple recruitment projects with efficiency.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Strong organizational skills and excellent time management.
Customer-focused with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Problem-solving ability with the skill to leverage both qualitative and quantitative data for effective decision-making.
Proficient in advanced internet sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches) and experience using job boards like Indeed.
A passion for continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Flexibility to occasionally work overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in consulting, professional services, or within an architecture/engineering firm.
Familiarity with iCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems.
