Job Summary You will be responsible for providing Civil Construction product support, system testing, and training to resellers and end customers globally, with a primary focus on North and South Americas. Products or systems you will support include but are not limited to: Site Positioning Systems (Total Stations, GNSS receivers), Field software (Siteworks), and Data collectors, Office Software (Worksmanager, Trimble Marine Construction, Trimble Business Center, WorksOS), and Machine Control systems (Earthworks, Roadworks, and Groundworks), This position is being offered Hybrid at either our Dayton, Ohio or Westminster, Colorado locations. What You'll Do Success in this position will see you providing timely technical support, reducing downtime or underutilization, and increasing customer satisfaction of our products. On a daily basis this will include: Deliver fast and efficient solutions to business partners, resellers, regional service centers, end-users, and internal Trimble teams. Provide advanced technical product assistance on problems of diverse scope, where the analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Participate in ongoing product development, representing the voice of the customer. Perform system acceptance testing. Develop technical communications in multiple media formats, including digital documents and videos What Skills & Experience You Should Bring You'll need a passion for problem solving and helping people. Strong collaboration, planning, troubleshooting, and analytical skills a must. Field experience or higher education in a relevant field of study in various disciplines Geomatics, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering (previous roles examples; Survey Engineer, Lead Surveyor, Survey Manager, Data Prep specialist) Effective decision-making and the ability to work independently Very good written and verbal communication skills in the English language. Proven ability to achieve results. Physical requirements may include the need to occasionally bend, kneel, reach and climb to perform work. Employees must possess the ability to lift, carry, push and pull material / objects weighing up to 55 lbs. with the proper equipment. Are you the candidate we are looking for?
