The Opportunity
This business architecture group supports Adobe's Global Marketing Organization from w/in IT. We provide architectural leadership to deliver key business transformations enabled by the global marketing ecosystem. The team is comprised of technology-savvy individuals who have experience with MarTech and know its value in enabling strategic visions.
We are looking for a self-driven, confident individual who would love to explore the world of MarTech (Marketing Technology). Primary responsibilities will be to review/research technology requests, determine platform capabilities and work with the business to define the gap being addressed. Creating referenceable documentation along the way.Once the research is complete you will then work closely with the business and product management organizations to work through the software standards process.
What You'll Do
The Business Architect interacts with the internal marketing organization and delivery teams to ensure well-designed, efficiently architected solutions. You will identify and prioritize marketing platform innovation opportunities and ensure best-in-class operations. You will encourage business and technical teams to improve and simplify existing processes and drive designs toward a self-service platform approach wherever possible.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Cloud Technology to review software requests
Research and document findings on software capabilities and competitors (especially those already deployed w/in Adobe).
Manage MarTech inventory w/in the tools provided by Adobe (i.e. Zylo, LeanIX)
Manage integration diagrams/documentation as discovered via requests
Collaborate with Product Managers to define a Capability model in business terms, and create/update value streams for active initiatives
What You Need To Succeed
An interest in corporate MarTech landscapes
Strong presentation and leadership skills with ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems in business terms
Self-driven and confident enough to raise innovative ideas
BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or Business Architecture Certificate
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $68,100 -- $141,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
