This is a NIGHTS only position, 7 pm - 5 am, Monday - Thursday, with other shifts required if coworkers call-out, for example. The System Administrator - Shift (SA-S) Skill Level 1 - 32347 will join a team of similar individuals who work alongside the government on a 24x7 desk to support field sites.
Certifications accepted include Microsoft Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation; Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP); CompTIA Linux+; Linux Professional Institute (LPIC) level 1 or higher; Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification; or any such equivalent approved by CORT. Contractor must obtain certification within 180 days of being accepted on contract.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).
CapabilitiesProvide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systemsProvide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systemsProvide support for escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customersProvide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, etc.Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problemsOptimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planningRequired Qualifications
TS/SCI with agency appropriate polyFive (5) years' experience as an SA on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.The Benefits Package

$30.96 - $86.53 an hour
Pay Range: $79.44 - $143.64 per hour*
Hourly pay rates listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location. *Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
