About This Job:
As an IT Manager, you'll be in charge of building and scaling client IT infrastructures as well as leading and managing internal team members. You'll primarily be tasked with clients of all sizes and environments from Mac OS to Windows devices, creating and helping execute IT policies as well as road maps, and defining IT budgets. All while leading your team of technicians to ensure efficient delivery and career growth. You'll also be collaborating with people at all levels - including business owners and C-level staff - and will be building strong client relationships.
This position is onsite 4 days/week, and may require occasional travel to client sites in SF/Peninsula.
What You'll Do:Be final escalation point for your team and client scenariosBuild and execute IT roadmap planning for your clienteleHelp manage physical assets such as inventory, cable management, and the general workspaceManage and support identity providers that govern application access such as Okta and Google WorkspaceDevelop and update standards, policies, and procedures as well as best practices documentation in line with compliance requirementsHelp configure automations and tooling especially as it relates to on-boarding and offboarding flowsFacilitate IT shipments such as on/offboarding packages and equipmentManage and support a team of associate IT consultants and IT consultants alike. Ensuring growth and development of the individualsAbout You:
Bachelor's degree in a computing related discipline6+ years of experience in an IT focused role4+ years of experience managing direct reportsExperience with Mac OS and WindowsWell organizedCustomer-service oriented with strong communication skillsPassion for IT as well as building relationshipsCurious, self-starter, collaborative, and adaptable in an ever-changing fieldExperience with management and leading a technical teamNice To Have:
Degree with a technology focusCertifications such as: CompTIA, Microsoft, Okta and/or AWSExperience building out as well as deploying MDMs and SSO/IDP providersBenefits:
