The Talent Development Program Coordinator will support and assist with all aspects of talent development programs within the organization. This role focuses on enhancing talent development programming effort and participant experiences, streamlining processes, and working very closely with the University Relations and Program Specialist to support the broader talent development objectives. The ideal candidate will be proactive in improving program outcomes based on feedback and key performance metrics, fostering growth opportunities for employees, and contributing to the long-term success of the organization’s talent pipeline.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
With guidance, collaborate with leadership to execute standardized talent development program strategies across various markets and regions.Review participant and stakeholder feedback to identify areas for program enhancement.Implement updates and improvements based on feedback to ensure continuous program growth and effectiveness.Develop, update, and maintain all program materials, including PowerPoint presentations, promotional flyers, FAQs, and internal communication materials.Ensure the consistency and accuracy of program materials across all platforms and distribution channels.Plan, coordinate, and execute talent development events such as workshops, seminars, leadership networking sessions, and community service activities.Ensure the smooth scheduling and execution of virtual and in-person events, including securing venues and technical resources.Facilitate program overview presentations and preparation meetings for key stakeholders, including department leaders, HR teams, and subject matter experts.Collaborate with Employee Experience Specialists, HRBPs, Generalists and department leaders to coordinate and execute program events aligned with company objectives.Create and distribute educational resources to support participants, such as guides, articles, and interactive materials.Work with subject matter experts to develop and moderate professional development workshops, leadership forums, and site visits.Develop and maintain communication plans for talent development programs, ensuring participants, leaders, and stakeholders are informed and engaged.Partner with University Relations and Program Specialist and other Recruiting Professionals to organize and execute university informational sessions and outreach efforts with external organizations.Collaborate regularly with the Talent Development team on Talent Development initiatives, recruitment efforts and projects.Track and assess program performance using participant feedback, attendance rates, engagement levels, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).Maintain detailed records of program participants, schedules, and materials.Handle vendor relationships for event planning, securing supplies, and managing external partnerships when necessary.Perform other duties as assigned.Job Competencies

High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or related field is preferred.Minimum 1 year of experience in talent development, training coordination, event planning/coordination or administrative experience in lieu of college degree.Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal.Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to develop new ideas and approaches for program improvement.Strong analytical skills to assess program performance, interpret feedback, and generate data-driven insights.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.Full Benefits Package
