Systems Administrator

Supports day-to-day operations for the TUHS infrastructure environment. Participates in the installation, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Supports hosted client/end user environments such as Citrix. Monitors performance of all systems to ensure availability of data, applications, and computing resources. Provides assistance to project teams with technical issues. Provides Tier 3 technical support and 24x7 on-call services for supported environments. Participates in the maintenance of appropriate documentation including maintenance, audit, and change management records.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Bachelor's Degree: in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Preferred)
Experience
1 Year experience in application systems administration; database, file, and
data structures; and maintaining complex systems (Required)
1 Year experience with Windows server operating systems (Required)
