Department OverviewThe Global Marketing Operations team is responsible for the management, measurement, and tracking of marketing strategies and tactics supporting the business and sales objectives for the company. The Marketing Intelligence is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive marketing strategy and decision-making. We leverage advanced analytics and market research to understand customer behavior, identify trends, and measure campaign performance. Our goal is to empower the marketing team with data-driven knowledge to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.Job Description
In this critical role, you will be a key player in our marketing analytics team, partnering with campaign analysts and user engagement analysts to unlock the power of data and optimize our marketing funnel for maximum conversions. You will focus on analyzing website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead the analysis of website traffic data to identify trends, understand user behavior, and optimize conversion ratesLead user segmentation research creating and measuring audiencesLead customer journey-related projects aligning with engagement clients and campaign analyst for 360 views and alignment between all marketing departmentsDeep dive into business priorities and convert them into actionable web analytics projectsWork with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product development to define success metrics, KPIs, and reporting dashboardsChampion large-scale website projects, leading data analysis and providing recommendations to improve user experience and drive conversionsStay up-to-date on the latest marketing analytics trends, tools, and technologiesMentor junior analysts and foster a collaborative data-driven culture within the marketing teamQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing analyticsProven track record of successfully driving conversion rate optimization initiativesStrong analytical skills with expertise in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders across departmentsExperience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-makingAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines#LI-MM1
