Summary:Performs observational, hands-on and project-based assignments and duties (e.g., job analysis, market pricing, etc.) that correlate to a degree or certificate program and training in an occupational and academic field of study in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
Minimum Qualifications:1. Formal Education Required:a. Currently enrolled in post-secondary or post-graduate course of study in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.b. Must pass background check and immunization screening.
2. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:a. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.b. Basic mathematical skills.c. Must pass basic level Microsoft Office applications skills assessment (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).d. Critical thinking skills to analyze data, troubleshoot, and problem-solve in various situations.e. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on increasingly complex assignments.f. Population Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity.
3. Level of Physical Demands:a. Sedentary: Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently
