POSITION SUMMARY :
Administer and maintain the bank's technical infrastructure and underlying processes while providing exceptional end-user support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the followingDemonstrate service excellence in end-user support by telephone, in-person, and through remote tools.Ensure service level commitments are strongly adhered to for both internal and external customer service.Install, maintain, and support PCs, laptops, printers, and other equipment and peripherals.Assist in administering the bank's LAN and WAN including users, groups, security, policies, and connectivity between locations.Assist in administering and maintaining the bank's server and network infrastructureAssist in maintaining bank phone systems and cell phone services.Support all bank software, patching and vulnerability scanning processesServe as an escalation point for the IT Help Desk and Systems Support teamsAssist in maintaining a secure network and third-party connectivity.Contribute to satisfactory or better audits and examinations in the IT area.Maintain knowledge of Company and industry projects, services and trends affecting team activities including technology advances and compliance/regulatory trends.Regular travel to 1SB locations during business hours. Additional travel as required for special projects or issues outside of business hours.YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Two years related experience providing exceptional end-user technical support, preferably in a financial institution.Extensive experience with personal computers and software applications, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and MS365 Enterprise Applications.Experience within a virtualized server infrastructure desired including backup management.Experience with the MS365 suite including Endpoint Management, Azure AD P1, and Exchange online.SCCM experience within a hybrid environment and VoIP management experience a plusKnowledge of information security standards and practicesBanking experience or business knowledge regarding the business of banking and applications typically used in the banking industry a plus.Technical certifications such as Network+, Security+ or Microsoft's MCSA, MCSE desired.Experience with Fiserv's DNA Core banking System a plus.Basic knowledge of all applicable Regulations that pertain to this position is required.COMPUTER SKILLS
