POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides clerical assistance to Loan Servicing Representatives
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following:Posts all payment types and payoffs.Organize and distribute the mail.Processes checks by phones and Visa payments.Prints and prepares servicing letters for mailing.Processes loan extensions, skip one coupons, VSI transactions and send letters, and processes bankruptcy notices.Monitors and tracks loans at collection agencies.Maintains fax machine, copier and printer and communicates with equipment vendors for servicing.Orders loan payment coupons as requested by customers or collectors.Assist with all general service and operational tasks.Assists walk-in visitors.Performs other duties as assigned.Maintains knowledge of company projects, services and trends affecting team activities. including technology advances and compliance/regulatory trends.Performs other duties as assigned.YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year experience within a financial institution preferred.Basic knowledge of all applicable Regulations that pertain to this position is required.Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering policies, procedures and related programs.Must possess a valid driver's license.Must be bondable.COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software.
