Introduction:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager on Duty to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our business. The Manager on Duty will be responsible for managing a team of employees, overseeing the budget and financial performance of the hotel, and developing and implementing strategies for growth and success. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing business needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of employees, including setting performance expectations, providing training and development, and managing employee relationsManage reservations and check guests in and out using a computerized systemDevelop and implement strategies for growth and success, including identifying new opportunities and improving existing processesMonitor market trends and adapt to changing business needsHandle guest complaints and concerns with grace and professionalismPerform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down counters and restocking suppliesCommunicate effectively with other team members andQi managementOther duties as assignedQualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management roleStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt to changing business needsExcellent communication and customer service skillsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededPerks:
