Position Summary:

Falck US is seeking a highly skilled and technical Systems Integrator to join our Digital Technology team. This role is essential for developing, managing, and maintaining integrations between various SaaS platforms and internal systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in coding, building APIs, and working closely with Application Engineers and Solution Architect to support ongoing integration needs and customizations. This individual will also capture business requirements, write technical specifications, and ensure all integrations, including middleware, are well-documented and mapped.

Key Responsibilities:

API Development & Integration: Design, develop, and maintain APIs to facilitate seamless integration between various SaaS platforms and internal systems. Experience with Middleware (i.e. CPI, Dell Boomi...) , REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML is essential.Collaboration: Work closely with Application Engineer to understand integration requirements, support ongoing integration needs, and implement customizations as needed.Requirements Gathering: Capture business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.Technical Documentation: Clearly and systematically document all integrations, including system mappings, data flows, and API specifications.Healthcare Systems Familiarity: Understand and work with common healthcare systems and API data fields, such as HL7, FHIR, EHR, EMR, and patient management systems.Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of integrations to ensure efficiency and reliability.Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support for integration-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions promptly.Compliance & Security: Ensure all integrations comply with Falck's security policies and industry regulations, particularly those related to healthcare data privacy and security.Training & Mentorship: Train and mentor junior team members and business users on integration best practices and technologies.Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in API development and systems integration.Technical Skills: Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript. Experience with integration platforms and tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.Healthcare Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare systems and standards, including HL7, FHIR, EHR, EMR, and patient management systems.Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving integration issues.Certifications: Relevant certifications in API development, integration platforms, or healthcare IT are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
