Falck US is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Manager to join our Digital Technology team. This role is pivotal in owning the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of several key SaaS platforms utilized by various operational departments. The ideal candidate will manage vendor relationships, support business users, and ensure the continuous evolution and performance of these platforms to meet business needs.
Essential Functions:
Implementation & Configuration: Own the implementation and configuration of assigned SaaS platforms, ensuring they meet the operational requirements of various departments.Maintenance & Upgrades: Maintain and upgrade SaaS platforms, stay current on product roadmaps, and ensure they are up to date with the latest releases and capabilities. Perform regression testing to ensure system stability and uptime.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with SaaS vendors, ensuring service levels are met and issues are resolved promptly.Roadmap and Release Management: Establish a formal process to track and manage SaaS platform releases. Regularly review and test mandated updates ensuring system performance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate upcoming releases that could benefit Falck US. Implement and thoroughly test specific product releases to meet business needs.User Support: Provide expert support to business users, addressing their needs and resolving any issues related to the SaaS platforms.Documentation: Document current configurations and integrations of assigned SaaS platforms, ensuring clear and comprehensive records are maintained.Performance Optimization: Continuously evolve the performance of the platforms to meet changing business needs and roadmap release and improve efficiency.API Integration: Manage API integrations with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Collaborate with the systems integrator in the DT team for advanced integration needs.Program Management: Lead and manage various initiatives within the scope of SaaS platform responsibilities, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business goals.Collaboration: Work closely with the Solutions Architect to ensure all systems at Falck US and globally are well supported and integrated.Training & Development: Train and mentor business users and junior team members on the use and best practices of the SaaS platforms.Compliance & Security: Ensure all SaaS platforms comply with Falck's security policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Certifications: Relevant certifications in SaaS platforms, project management, or related areas are a plus.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in SaaS platform management.Technical Skills: Good understanding of systems integrations, SaaS platform configuration, and maintenance. Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and process optimization.Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with vendors, business users, and technical teams.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with specific SaaS platforms used at Falck US (i.e. Logis, ePCR, Zoll, Oracle HRM, MS 365, Medical billing is a plus).Familiarity with ITIL practices and principles.Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards a plus.Why Join Falck US?
