We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect to join our Falck Digital Technology (DT) team in California. The Solution Architect will play a critical role in designing and implementing comprehensive technical solutions that meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication to ensure successful system solutions.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Develop high-level architecture and design for solutions that align with business objectives and technical feasibility.Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms to meet project requirements.Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and standards.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.Scalability and Performance: Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and perform efficiently.Documentation: Document the holistic picture of all systems and their inter/intra connections, ensuring a clear understanding of the overall architecture.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of proposed solutions.Business Case Development: Build business cases and drive them through the gating process to secure project approvals and funding.Standards Compliance: Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA a plus.Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in solution architecture or a similar role.Technical Skills: Proficiency in software development, database management, and networking.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in solution design and implementation.Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with modeling tools (UML, ERD), project management software (JIRA, Trello), database management systems (SQL, Oracle), programming languages (Java, Python, C#), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, Certified Solution Architect, or similar.Industry Experience: Experience in the healthcare or emergency response industry a plus.
