Our mission is to deliver timely, scalable, and high-quality data and insights that enable our business to make data-driven decisions, drive operational efficiencies, and identify revenue opportunities.What You'll Be Doing:Build and manage data pipelines on an operational basis for SIECreate actionable insights and add value to the business through reports and dashboardsParticipate in innovation initiatives by prototyping proof-of-concepts aligned with business objectives

What We're Looking For:Currently enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing a Bachelor's degree, with an expected graduation by Spring 2026Strong technical background in computer science, statistics, mathematics, information science, or another quantitative fieldExperience with Python and shell scripting for automation, data manipulation, and application developmentProficiency in relational data modeling and SQLBackground in advanced statistical modeling (e.g., GLM, mixed effects) and/or machine learningA willingness to learn and become self-sufficient, with guidance and coaching from our team

Eligibility:Able to work during one of the following periods: May 19th - August 8th or June 16th - September 5th.Must be available for the entire 12-week internship period.Open to students who are U.S. citizens or international students with an F-1 visa.Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

Our intern positions offer a fixed hourly pay rate. Please note that the pay rate is exclusive to the internship period and may not reflect what pay may look like following the completion of an internship.Please refer to our Candidate Privacy Notice for more information about how we process your personal information, and your data protection rights.At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.Intern Pay Range $45.75—$45.75 USD
