tms is a customer engagement agency with specialties in promotions, loyalty/crm, and campaigns. We are looking for a naturally curious and adaptable strategist with robust digital campaign experience to join our team.
You should be the type of strategist that can dig deep into research and present strong insights about customers and recommended marketing channels. You should be passionate about connecting brands and consumers, while generating insights with depth and human truths at their core. All candidates should be comfortable writing creative briefs, synthesizing research, and connecting the dots between campaign goals and consumer actions.
We are specifically looking for a strategist with experience helping to build campaigns and content within the investing world (think ETFs, stocks, and cryptocurrency). This role will be responsible for conducting audience research, briefing and ideating on financial product launches, and recommending channel and content best practices.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATIONSupporting the Director, Experience Strategy on accounts by conducting research, analyzing data to generate insights, and making channel recommendationsBuilding marketing plans, communication hierarchies, and audience breakdownsWorking with creative teams, media agencies, and account teams to bring strategies and concepts to lifeStaying current on industry trends and best practices across digital, financial, and content creationSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
3-5 years in digital strategy and marketingAgency experience requiredExperience working with research tools such as Mintel, Simmons/MRI, Qualtrics, and moreUnderstanding of how marketing programs can be implemented across digital platforms (social, mobile, ecommerce, etc.)Experience digging into data and research and locating actionable insightsExperience working with creative teams by participating in concepting/brainstorming sessions and translating ideasShould be able to present complex ideas clearlyFantastic presenter and storytellerStrong interpersonal skillsUnafraid to dive into new platforms and acquire new knowledgeExperience with financial products desired (ETFs, stocks, cryptocurrency, etc.)
