DescriptionPOSITION DESCRIPTION:Operations Processing Associate will report to the Head of Operations and Strategy, collaborating closely with the IT and QA teams to ensure the EnFin Fintech Platform operates smoothly and performs as expected without any issues.RESPONSIBILITIESCreate, implement, and manage UAT test scripts, strategies, and plans to ensure the system meets both business and technical requirementsCollaborate with the IT and QA teams to verify that system outputs are accurate and meet business expectationsThoroughly evaluate during testing to ensure that new implementations or developments do not affect existing processes or cause errorsActively participate in all new releases and hotfixes to ensure comprehensive testing and validationMaintain a comprehensive understanding of the workflow and any forthcoming enhancements or changesEvaluate and improve testing processes and strategies to optimize system performance and accuracyCapable of adapting to changes in requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environmentDocument test plans, test cases, and results, and submit tickets for any additional requirements, enhancements, or issues identified during testingEffectively communicate with multiple departments to understand requirements, ensure they are met, and confirm that everything is tested within the established deadlinesAssist the Operations team with small projects that require a comprehensive understanding of the entire process from start to finishManage project tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of project deliverablesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree or related experience2+ years of experience in the solar industry, 1 year of experience in solar financing1+ year of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Experience working in a high-tech environmentExcellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Outstanding organizational and multitasking skillsExperience in system administration and troubleshooting errorsTasks are to be performed independently, with minimal supervision.
