DescriptionPOSITION DESCRIPTION:The Portfolio Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of solar and energy storage assets, ensuring optimal performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong relationship management abilities.RESPONSIBILITIES1. Asset Management and Performance OptimizationManage O&M cases, ensuring efficient resolution of operational issuesLead project handoff processes from development to operationsManage customer/Off taker relationships as the primary point of contactOversee EMS subscription management and utility bill sourcingCoordinate periodic inspections and preventive maintenance visitsManage spare parts inventory and logistics at the project levelMonitor the alerts of the operating portfolio and coordinate with the O&M partners to schedule corrective maintenance visits.Contribute to O&M service offering planning and contract managementAssist in developing operating budget for projects in the pipelineSupport operating expense estimation tool development2. Technical Operations and Stakeholder ManagementLead hardware and EMS technical support initiatives (Tier 1)Manage the warranty claim process to ensure timely resolution of issuesManage operating expenses withing the allocated budget of the project, document control and reportingAssist in developing Asset Management service offeringsProvide input on safety planning initiativesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or related field5+ years of experience in renewable energy asset managementStrong technical knowledge of solar and energy storage systemsProficiency in EMS systems and utility bill managementExcellent project management and customer relationship skillsAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesExperience with performance monitoring and reporting toolsNABCEP certification preferredHanwha Q CELLS America Inc.
