Job Description:
As part of its ongoing expansion, this role is based in the United States to address the evolving needs of clients. With field testing services established in Missouri and extending into Kansas, Iowa, and Illinois, the company is focused on delivering comprehensive, high-quality trials. These trials cover a broad spectrum of crops, including corn, soybeans, and wheat, and encompass various agricultural products such as biologicals, herbicides, fungicides, traits, and germplasm.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the planning and execution of field trial activities, ensuring that projects are carried out effectively and efficiently.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project milestones, progress, and key outcomes.
Oversee staff training and ensure adherence to quality standards for data collection and project execution.
Manage logistical aspects such as the receipt of seeds and products, ensuring smooth operational workflows throughout the growing season.
Candidate Qualifications:
A highly motivated professional with a strong interest in field research or agronomy.
A Master’s degree in Agriculture is strongly preferred, with expertise in areas such as agronomy, entomology, plant pathology, microbiology, weed science, or plant breeding & biotechnology.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
A proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development.
Strong knowledge of crop production, breeding techniques, and farming practices is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Position based in Marshall, Missouri.
