About The Role
As our Creative Strategist, you will define the trajectory of the business in the US, leveraging our unique USP, exclusivities and partnerships across the gaming ecosystem, working with a highly motivated team with a common goal to capture the fast-growing gaming marketing opportunity for brands in an authentic way.
What You Will Do
Partnering with our Sales team to identify and formulate gaming marketing pitches and projects for global brandsForming and developing relationships with external brand partners, agencies, and publishers, gaining their trust through the quality of your work, professionalism and attention to detailShowcasing your deep understanding and knowledge of the gaming marketing landscape, and devising innovative gaming strategies that utilize our network of partners, gaming media solutions and influencer channelsProviding clear and concise direction on the development and delivery of executions ranging from gaming experiences, digital products, in-game advertising, video, stills and influencer activationsConsistently striving to be leading the evolving world of gaming marketing while also authentically appealing to gamersForming strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, presenting to senior executives, and driving initiatives forwardWhat You Will Need
3+ years of experience in creative strategyIn-depth knowledge and passion for gamingExamples of award winning gaming marketing campaignsExperience building powerful and effective media strategies and plansExperience with global brands and/or advertising agencies within the USDemonstrable experience of utilizing strategic analytical skills, including market situation/trend analysis, scenario planning, go to market / roll out plans and operational feasibility assessmentsHighly customer focused, from understanding customer metrics to strategic development and implementationExperience working on multiple client initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environmentAbility to absorb information and surface the essence to management within a matrix type structureWhat We Offer!

Salary Range: $80,000-130,000
