We are a growing team of 45 people, working primarily remote, being headquartered in Australia, consisting of teams working across APAC and Europe.VISION (Why):Elevating game advertising as an essential media channel for brands.MISSION (How & What):Consistently deliver successful campaigns across all gaming environments through a unified platform that simplifies game advertising.About The RoleAs the Demand Sales Director for the US West Coast region, you will be responsible for leading and developing iion’s Demand business in the region and positioning iion as a leading Demand partner for gaming audiences. You will be responsible for defining and overseeing the market entry strategy for the region to win new demand accounts (both agency and direct advertisers) as well as developing channel and reseller partners.We are looking to hire in the West coast region and you’ll be responsible for the region you’re hired for only. Role is remote, but might require travelling to meet clients in-person. Preference for candidates in major cities like LA, SF, San Diego.We are looking for someone who is passionate about AdTech and Game advertising with strong leadership and commercial skills.Role Responsibilities:With the Chief Commercial Officer, define a Go To Market strategy for the region, prioritizing based on existing relationships and mid/long-term potentialFine tune and implement sales strategies across various regions and market segments to further accelerate advertiser and demand business growthOwnership and accountability of region’s accounts and new business prospectsLead a work collaboratively with a team of Demand Growth/Sales team membersAbility to thrive in a fully remote business setting, whilst skilled in delivering in person client discussions when requiredDrive sales to key accounts through new business developmentWork closely with marketing to implement an account-based strategy, develop sales materials and identify marketing opportunitiesForecast, track and measure sales KPIs using CRM and reportingCreate, automate and improve processes that accelerate sales and new demand business growthAttend webinars, industry events to build/solidify partnerships and keep abreast of industry knowledgeRole Requirements:6+ years of relevant experience within the AdTech ecosystem with at least 4 years of experience driving sales in an agency/advertiser-facing roleAn in-depth understanding of the advertising and agency landscape in the US market, especially the US West Coast regionPrior experience selling an AdTech platform to agencies, clientsDeep understanding of the programmatic eco-system (including PMP/PG deals) to scale revenuesPrevious experience managing and working collaboratively with a global teamPortfolio of agency relationships in the US West Coast region is a must, broader US market agency/brand relationships is a plusDetail-oriented, analytical mindset mixed with an outgoing personalityExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with exceptional attention to detailPrior experience in a similar role in the West Coast region preferredExperience in game advertising is favorableMust be curious, empathetic and collegiateOur Ideal CandidateYou adapt and respondYou challenge the status quoYou take ownershipYou play as a team
