Grant Coordinator

The Stronger Connections Grant Coordinator is a key member of the BakerRipley Community Schools' Student Support Services team and will support the successful implementation of SEL practices district wide through the careful coordination of the Stronger Connections Grant. The position is responsible for ensuring that school leaders, teachers, and counselors have the resources, training, and ongoing support to maintain compliance with the applicable standards and regulations of the Stronger Connections Grant through the Texas Education Agency (TEA). This position will also attend regular trainings and meetings with representatives from Region 4 Education Service Center and TEA. The Grant Coordinator must be committed to improving the social-emotional well-being of students, families, and staff and have reliable transportation for commute between schools and program location sites.
EXPECTED POSITIVE OUTCOMES:
Grant Coordinator would report necessary information from training and meetings from TEA and Region 4 on a monthly basis.Grant Coordinator would maintain accurate records of compliance with the Stronger Connections Grant, verifying this by monthly reporting.Grant Coordinator will maintain weekly meetings with all stakeholders for updates.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensure quality data and report management in all current internal systems including Skyward and any Texas Education Agency data-reporting systems.Coordinate data and operational compliance of state-funded Stronger Connections Grant.Provide training, as necessary, to Data Entry Specialists at all sites, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.Attend professional development sessions and share lessons learned with the team as appropriate.Coordinate performance management activities, including the creation and timely submission of data reports to division Leadership Team.Design, implement, and maintain operational planning for student, family, and staff surveys.Work with school counselors and district personnel to develop and maintain social-emotional learning handbook and student mental health protocols to live beyond the grant cycle.Support the administration of student, family, and staff surveys and data collection activities.Coordinate program purchasing requests with Assistant Superintendent of School Administration.Model principles of leadership and agency core values with all members of the team including volunteers.Complies with all policies and standards.Performs other duties as assigned.
