Job Description:1 to 3 years of IT experience required Some level of data center experience with rack and stack.Atleast 2 years on-prem data center experience supporting the data center equipment and infrastructure (Power, Space, Cooling, Equipment)Troubleshooting end user connectivity issues Ability to work with various vendors and responsible for network assets and toolsA+/Network+ level of knowledge requiredGood understanding of OSI layer and network principlesGood understanding of OSI layer and network principlesComfortable with text based VLANsTroubleshoot L1 issues within NetworkExperience in troubleshooting routing, switching, and firewall (Palo Altos) issues.Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA for Ticket management
