Be a part of our Remedy Developer Team supporting a Fortune 100 telecommunications company with over $50 Billion in Annual revenue, supporting over 32 Million customers. The right person for our team will have a 7 years and a deep level of experience with of BMC Remedy ITSM Suite System Administration and development. We are responsible for OSS ticketing, track all repair for outages and equipment and notify customers of outages. Our Remedy (Helix) solution integrated with over 20 internal enterprise application and is a critical system for our organization and customers. Professional experience and proficiency with various BMC Remedy ITSM modules (CMDB, Smart Reporting, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, SRM, SLM, Asset, etc). Skilled in Linux, Oracle/Exadata, Linux Scripting (Bash, Python, Perl, etc.) and SQL required. Ansible preferred.
Required Skills : Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree or specialized training (certifications) or equivalent work Minimum 5 years of expert experience with the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite System Administration and development. Professional experience and proficiency with various BMC Remedy ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, SRM, SLM, Asset, CMDB, Smart Reporting). Knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, SmartReporting, Client Management, Discovery. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Demonstrates ability to handle efforts in application lifecycle development. Experience working with database and application server infrastructure. Experience with performance tuning and optimization. ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certification a plus. Ability to support weekend deployments On call rotation once every 10 weeks Willing to report to local office in one of these three locations: ? Denver, CO ? St. Louis, MO ?
