Job Description
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market/product segments to gain new customers and build repeat sales.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies aligned with business objectives. Define target audience, messaging, and desired outcomes.Project manage campaign deliverables to ensure execution meets target timelines.Lead and manage the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers to ensure that brand identity is adhered to.Collaborate with PMM and Gaming Business Unit on developing compelling and engaging campaign content, including social media posts, channel assets, and advertisements. Tailor content to specific campaign objectives and target audience segments.Oversee various marketing channels and tactics, such as paid advertising, social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and more. Work with BU and PMM leaders to continuously optimize campaign performance based on data insights.Essential Skills and Experience:
2-3 years of proven experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.Analyzing campaign data, metrics, and KPIs to derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure brand consistency across different marketing channels and campaigns.Hands-on experience with various digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation is a plus.Design experience in digital asset creation, management, and implementation.Reporting to this position:

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Annual Salary Range $75,000-$100,000 USD
