Role : Sr. ServiceNow Technical Architect
Location : Pittsburgh PA (Hybrid 3 days in Office)
Type of Hire : Full Time
Mandatory Skill
Must Have 10-15 Years of overall exp.
Minimum 7-10 Years of hands on experience in ServiceNow
Must 2-5 years of experience as service Now Architect
Proven experience as a Technical Architect, with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform.Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules.Solid understanding of telecom industry processes, workflows, and best practices.Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly), integrations (REST, SOAP), and web technologies (HTML, CSS).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM), are highly desirable.Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
