Your role at Clorox:
The Source to Pay (S2P) SAP Solution Architect will be responsible for managing and optimizing SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba systems related to the end-to-end procurement process and integrations to other functional areas.. This role involves working closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration, data accuracy, and efficient processes within the Source to Pay cycle.
In this role, you will:
System Implementation & Configuration: Configure SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba to align with business requirements related to sourcing, procurement, accounts payable, and vendor management.
Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance Source to Pay processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across both SAP S/4HANA and Ariba platforms.
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP S2P modules, including SAP MM, SAP Ariba. Address and resolve issues related to procurement, invoice processing, and payment operations.
User Training & Support: Support development of training content for end-users on SAP S2P functionalities and SAP Ariba. Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within SAP MM and SAP Ariba. Perform regular data validation and reconciliation tasks.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze reports related to procurement activities, spend analysis, and supplier performance using both SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Project Participation: Participate in SAP S/4HANA projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met, especially in projects involving SAP Ariba integration.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to procurement and payment processes. Maintain and update documentation to reflect changes in compliance requirements.
Vendor Management: Support vendor onboarding and management processes in SAP Ariba. collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure adherence to contract terms.
Leadership quality: includes the ability to motivate, inspire, counsel and facilitate individuals and teams to take responsibility and accountability for the goals set by the program.
What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or Business Administration, or Finance, or minimum 7+ years of SAP Functional work experience in SAP. Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
7+ years of experience in SAP S2P modules or SAP Functional roles. Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba is preferred. At least 5 full cycle implementations.
Strong understanding of SAP procurement (MM) and finance (FI) modules, as well as SAP Ariba. Knowledge of integration points between SAP modules and other systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Experience in managing or participating in SAP projects. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and process execution.
Experience with SAP Ariba implementation and configuration.
Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of global procurement and payment regulations

–Zone B: $111,700 - $220,100
–Zone C: $101,600 - $200,100
