Position Overview: Endura-Veyor Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager with a passion for product design innovation. The successful candidate will manage our engineering department and lead the team in the development of industrial equipment for loose/bulk material handling industries. The Engineering Manager will play a crucial role in driving the design and development of profitable, innovative, market-leading products, which deliver a leap in value for productivity, reliability, and functionality in industrial loose/bulk material handling applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Provide IFMC Mission, Vision, Core values, and 7 Habits focused leadership.
Lead a team of mechanical engineers, designers, and CAD technicians, within a culture of innovation, collaboration, problem-solving, and excellence.
Develop and execute effective 2-year and 5-year engineering growth plans.Continually improve the Engineering Department's effectiveness and efficiency.Effectively manage the processing of customer equipment orders, including Equipment approval drawings, engineering fabrication releases, and equipment manuals.Manage equipment build standards, compliance, and occasional inspections through shop visits or media reviews in collaboration with the Manufacturing and/or Sales Team.Effectively contribute to cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Estimating, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to team members, supporting their professional development and growth.Foster a positive work environment that delivers effective creativity, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
