What we can offer: A crafted employee experience designed to foster professional growth, a focus on health & well-being and an internal community that will set you up for successThe Opportunity: With overall responsibility for LG Compressor and Motors sales, the Demand Planner will be responsible for analyzing customer's forecasting to supply and manage optimal inventory level.This may include management of weekly forecasting data, sales, inventory, shipment, and overall product life cycle. Located in our Alpharetta, GA office.As the Demand Planner, you will:Create reports for various departments and leaders.Work with the Sales team, especially Sales Director and Key Account Managers to plan sales by providing guidance.Manage PSI plans by SKU/account level and coordinate with HQ/factory to insure production plans are aligned with the latest demand forecast.Evaluate and maintain supply chain key performance indicators (ex: Moving Plan Achievement, Forecast Accuracy, DIO, Long-Term Inventory rate) and analyze variances initiating appropriate corrective action.Utilize GDMi & GSCP systems to generate factory production plans and update supply commitments to sales team.Constantly share changes in supply plan, NPI/EOL schedules to sales team and proactively resolve supply issues.Participate in cross-functional efforts to enhance supply chain, order management and fulfillment activities.Participate in weekly sales and operation planning (S&OP) meeting to review sales, forecast, and sell-through performance and resolve issues and achieve weekly/monthly moving plan targets.Review customer orders for proper shipping windows and delivery appointments, work with order desk, logistics and load planners to insure maximum efficiencies for on-time/right-quantity delivery.Plan, schedule and monitor all supply chain activities for key accounts and analyze sales forecasting, planning process for key customers.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree.2+ years of relevant corporate work experience.Need critical thinking skills and reporting skills to business leaders.Strong planning skills, for creating reports for business leaders.Strong analytical skills, collaborative problem-solver; effective communications both internally (Sales, SCM, PM and order management), as well as external customers.Proficient, high level skills in Microsoft Power Point and Excel.Need experience in cross functional teams to work effectively and efficiently in a highly demanding work environment.Bilingual communication skills in English and Korean is required.Privacy Notice to California ApplicantsAt LG, we aspire to empower people and celebrate differences because we believe diversity will create the unexpected.
