Brand Ambassador- DETROIT PLAY HARD SELTZERS

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing and Executing Brand Strategies:

Develops, implements, and executes engaging brand and category educational presentations.Builds, implements, and manages consumer activation strategies, programs, and events.Develops and engages active participation in brand events.Relationship Building and Promotion:

Creates and maintains relationships with key market stakeholders.Acts as a valued partner and consultant to accounts.Provides support, activation, and memorable experiences for customers and consumers.Sales and Marketing Support:

Engages and mobilizes sales and distributor partners.Supports commercialization of digital marketing programs.Participates in out-of-market sales blitzes.Event Management and Representation:

Represents the brand positively at various venues and sampling events.Engages in occasional event marketing.Boosts brand recognition through word-of-mouth marketing strategies.Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Passionate, self-motivated, creative, responsible.Proactive communicator.Comfortable speaking to small groups and being seen as an expert.Great with people, from bartenders to distributors to consumers.Event management or promotional background is a plus.Previous experience in sales preferred.Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador preferred.Has sound financial skills and experience managing a budget.Must be over 21 years of age.Must reside in/near the market location.Additional Requirements:

Adherence to T&E and activation budgets.Timely submission of weekly required program documents and deliverables.Managing assigned budget.Quarterly visits to other markets as needed.Riding with distributor sales representatives as needed.Working closer to maintain Top Volume accounts and reduce losses.Location - Detroit (Remote)Department - MarketingEmployment Type - Part TimeMinimum Experience - Mid LevelCompensation - Retainer + KPI Payout
