We are currently seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with adtech experience. This role will focus on building and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring the smooth processing of large-scale datasets related to digital advertising campaigns, user behavior, and targeting strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accurately collected, transformed, and stored for analysis and reporting.
The ideal candidate has experience working in the adtech industry, understands the complexities of real-time bidding (RTB) systems, and has expertise with data infrastructure that powers digital advertising platforms.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on adtech or related fields.Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for building data pipelines.Experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming.Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS (Redshift, S3, EMR), GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow), or Azure (Synapse).Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, MongoDB).Familiarity with ETL tools like Airflow, Talend, or AWS Glue.Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark and Hadoop.Understanding of the adtech ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and RTB systems.Desired Skills & Experience:
Experience working with advertising data, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and campaign analytics.Knowledge of data warehousing and analytics in adtech environments.Familiarity with attribution models, audience segmentation, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Experience with data governance and ensuring data accuracy in fast-paced environments.What You Will Be Doing:
