THIS IS AN INTERMEDIATE LEVEL POSITION:
We are currently seeking individuals to lead our water mitigation teams in restoring homes and businesses affected by water damage.
Duties
Knowledge of disaster restoration industryRetrieves work orders, ensures appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on truck needed for job and arrives to work siteCompletes assigned jobs according to company processes and carrier standards, maintains quality control and manages technician(s) assigned to jobPerforms daily monitoring and required activities on all active jobs to residential and/or commercial customers with a sense of urgencyCompletes sketch and scope sheet for estimate, complete drying records using mobile softwareMay train new technicians or key operational team membersEnsure safety standards are being followed during all active jobsMust be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlinesExperience with entering data using a tablet or mobile phoneQualifications/Experience
Utilize customer service skillsMaintain a professional/clean appearanceMust be able to lift 70 lbs consistentlyWe are a 24/7/365 company so candidate must be flexible with work schedule (Rotating on call basis)Certifications are preferred, but not required:
ASD - Applied Structural Drying TechnicianFSRT - Fire & Smoke Restoration TechnicianOCT - Odor Control TechnicianWRT - Water Damage Restoration Technician
Must be willing and able to work in hazardous conditions (Respirator fit test and hazardous training provided)Strong work ethic and integrityValid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record checkMust pass a criminal background check - NO feloniesBenefits Include
