Responsible for Human Resources operations in the following areas: salaried and hourly recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, training and development and benefits.
Essential Functions :
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for assigned areasOversee and conduct new hire orientationConduct stay and exit interviewsLook for ways to continuously improve & streamline hiring and onboarding processesEnsure data integrity within ADP HRISDevelop and run reports to enhance people analyticsBuild diversity & inclusion practices into recruiting and onboarding plansEnsure HR compliance in assigned accountabilitiesConsults with management, providing HR guidance when appropriateInvestigates employee relations issues and provides solutions to managementMaintain knowledge of legal requirements related to management of employees and reducing legal risksWorks closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionParticipates in one or multiple company committeesAssist with various other functions within HR including but not limited to payroll, benefits, policy review and creation, compensationThis is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all the "essential functions" for purposes of the ADA.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in HR required3-5 years of HR experience, including recruiting, training, HRIS, and employee relations, and benefitsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsMust have knowledge of federal and state employment laws, experience with FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA, etc.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong initiative and problem-solving skillsConfidentiality is a mustLicenses/Certifications:
SHRM-CP/PHR preferredTravel Requirement:
