Your Future Team

The Specification Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the colleagues from other RW-TI Departments.Communicate with the Industrial and Sales team associates to ensure they are informed of key project activitiesWork closely with ROCKWOOL Specification Sales Managers, Technical Services and the Industrial Segment Managers, ensuring they are executing effective Engineering salesWhat You Will Be Doing

Manage, develop, and expand ROCKWOOL's Engineering specification function as a global supplier of insulation to the Industrial process market and promote ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation productsActively influence projects among engineers, designers and specification managers in order to get ROCKWOOL products specified directly by name or indirectlyBuild customer relations and gain a position in the technical network of the parties involved (including engineering and specification resources) in a way to influence the choice of RW-TI and its productsSet project goals for the region and agreed industry segments and execute work within described fixed cost budget and strategic business initiativesMeasure project success along agreed metrics and report monthly activities on quantitative goalsRepresent RW-TI at all industry functions including lunch and learns, trade shows, trade association events and regulatory authoritiesTrack progress and report significant events or milestones, using IIR tools/database and ensure transition to appropriate stages in the sales cycleParticipate in RTI-academy and acquire general knowledge on all market segmentsParticipate in seminars and workshops to ensure industry and technical product knowledge are kept currentRegister all the technical specification activities in RockSell CRM toolWhat You Bring

Engineering degree, preferred5- 10 years of experience with proven track record in engineering specification sales of Industrial Insulation or related products in the Oil, Gas and Process industryDemonstrate technical product knowledge 50% and technical sales skills 50%Proven track record of leadershipStrong negotiation and organizational skillsStrong presentation skills - high level of communicationAcute understanding of Industrial Insulation methods and current affairsProject management expertiseProven ability to build relationships with customers, engineers, specifiers, and othersActively works with customers/clients to identify their needs & develop technical proposalsStrong market knowledge and competitor landscapeAbility to travel 50% overnightsWhat We Offer
