Key Responsibilities

Filing Materials with the OPUC Prepares documents to be filed with the Oregon Public Utility Commission (OPUC) by reviewing each document for completeness, formatting, and grammatical alterations. Works effectively with analysts to obtain the proper documentation and any other relevant information for filings. Coordinates effectively with analysts and managers to gather documents for preparation of the filing of discovery responses. For major dockets, tracks data requests in a spreadsheet accessible to analysts and managers. Works effectively within OPUC Huddle site (or any application that supersedes Huddle). Maintains contact with the OPUC filing center. Skilled at handling and classifying confidential and highly confidential materials and information.

Internal Coordination Monitors the OPUC Filings email inbox daily and forwards emails to appropriate internal stakeholders. Oversee the tracking of dockets and regulatory affairs calendar and prepares and maintains an accessible ongoing calendar of upcoming filings. Periodically communicates with managers and analysts regarding relevant events and keeps all in the department informed of schedules and filing deadlines. Maintains the RaRA SharePoint site and is able to effectively build additional pages of information as instructed. Responds to internal inquiries regarding the OPUC filing process

Compliance Primary DevonWay coordinator within regulatory affairs for all new OPUC orders and compliance materials. Works internally with analysts and management to determine DevonWay assignments. Is responsible for ensuring compliance with payments for intervenor funding, including follow-up with analysts and managers to ensure a payment should be made when appropriate.

Documentation Maintenance Is skilled at working with analysts and management to maintain the organization of the RRA drive and Teams site for departmental efficiency. Places files received from external sources, such as OPUC Huddle, into the appropriate drive folders or Teams location and renames files as necessary, with little direction, for clarity and to result in a consistent naming convention. Downloads and maintains a location housing all OPUC orders relevant to PGE. Updates job aids when appropriate. When necessary, sends records to RIM.

Other Duties and Special Projects Proactively identifies methods to improve the organization and coordination of departmental files, documents, and deadlines on an ongoing basis. Serves as subject matter expert on projects. May lead OPUC document-related projects. Supports the needs of the department as necessary, including the completion of ordering office supply, updating calendars with key company deadlines, supporting the completion of expense reports, etc.

Education/Experience/Certifications

Education - High school diploma or equivalent experience

Experience – Typically eight or more years in related field

Compensation Range:

$35.05 - $58.41

Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
