Our Sleepwear Sales Executive will drive our women's and men's sleepwear, robes, and loungewear business. This role will focus on managing existing retail accounts while seeking new opportunities to expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
Sell and manage large retail off-price and department store accounts.Identify and pursue new opportunities with active retail accounts.Prospect and develop business plans for retailers that are not currently serviced.Collect, analyze, and report weekly sales performance.Maintain a deep understanding of styles, colors, and fabrics in the intimate apparel category.Coordinate market preparation and appointments, ensuring effective internal and external follow-up.Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about the marketplace and inform strategy.Requirements
5+ years of direct sales experience in the apparel industry, preferably in sleepwear.Established working relationships with buyers at large retail accounts.Proven track record of achieving sales goals.Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.Strong follow-up abilities with a resourceful and problem-solving mindset.
Hybrid Work Schedule
3 days a week in the office, 2 days work from home
