We're hiring an Account Manager to join our Account Management division at EMARKETER.

As an Account Manager, you will focus on ensuring customer success, retention and growth, while constantly looking for opportunities to broaden client relationships within our SMB accounts. An Account Manager's client book is composed of innovative and fast-growing Ad Tech and Media companies. A successful Account Manager is a proactive problem solver with a dedication to client success and a strong sales acumen.
This is a hybrid role working from our New York City HQ at One Liberty Plaza two times a week.The ideal candidate is:Committed to fostering an inclusive culture

You're always looking for ways to optimize.Key Responsibilities:Manage day to day relationships with portfolio of 110+ clients and develop account specific strategiesEstablish strong relationships with key client contacts; build advocates through value-driven conversations and solutionsMaintain consistent level of client activity which can scale across a large portfolio, specifically call volume and inbound/outbound to senior level client contactsEstablish clear value proposition that shows the impact of EMARKETER on client's businessIdentify budget contributors and gain experience selling via a multi-threaded approachEffectively negotiate contracts with a focus on growthConsultative selling, which meets the needs of our business and clientsDesired skills and experience:Full sales cycle Account Management experienceDedication to client success with a proven track record for establishing value propositions which align with client's business needs and challengesEagerness to form multi-threaded relationshipsProven track record of quota attainmentPrior expertise in digital marketing, media and/or SaaS is preferredSalary & BenefitsBase salary: $70,000-$78,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and competencies)Additional commissionUnlimited PTO, 10 paid holidays, and 16 weeks of parental leaveComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plansMatched and vested 401k planAccess to resources for financial planning guidance, family planning services, mental health reachout and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)Additional benefits include commuter benefits, phone reimbursement, gym membership discounts, and more
