Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite at Ashley Stewart, Inc. This role is critical to ensuring a successful migration of our ERP system, which will integrate our key business processes across finance, supply chain, inventory management and Shopify ecommerce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, NetSuite implementations and retail industry experience and have great communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Management:Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Oversee all phases of the NetSuite implementation, from initial planning and requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, merchandising, e-commerce and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and timely execution of project tasks.Act as the IT SME for all NetSuite & Shopify modules and functionality and perform necessary training to all end users.Stakeholder Communication:Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external vendors.Provide regular updates to senior management, including progress reports, risk assessments and mitigation plans.Facilitate project meetings, workshops, presentations and training sessions to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and develop strategies to mitigate them.Ensure that all project risks are documented, communicated and managed according to the project risk management plan.Budget and Resource Management:Manage project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, approvals and reporting.Allocate resources effectively to ensure that project deadlines are met within budget constraints.Quality Assurance and Testing:Manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including coordinating testing activities and tracking defect resolution.Oversee the development of test plans, scripts and scenarios to ensure that the NetSuite system meets all business requirements.Change Management:Develop and execute a change management strategy to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of NetSuite & Shopify across the organization.Go-Live and Post-Implementation Support:Coordinate go-live activities, ensuring that all systems are operational and that the business is prepared for the transition.Provide post-implementation support to address any issues and ensure that the system is functioning as intended.Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on NetSuite ERP implementations.Minimum of 2-3 years of project management experience focused on Shopify implementations.Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale ERP and Ecommerce projects in the retail industry.Strong understanding of retail business processes, including finance, inventory management, supply chain and e-commerce.Skills:Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets and timelines.Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Confluence, JIRA, Excel or equivalent.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address project challenges.Certifications:PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.NetSuite certification is a plus.Other details
