ERP Implementation Project Manager Lead Successful ERP Deployments

We are working with an industry leader to find an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to oversee the implementation of enterprise resource planning systems across their organization. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of ERP project delivery, from planning to execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end project management of ERP system implementations, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external vendors, to ensure successful ERP deployment. Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals. Facilitate the identification of requirements, system configuration, testing, and training. Monitor project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines. Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve any issues or roadblocks. Mitigate project risks, proactively solving problems to keep the project on track. Ensure proper documentation of project processes, decisions, and deliverables. Support the post-implementation phase, ensuring the transition to operational use is smooth and effective. Qualifications 5 years of experience managing ERP implementations, with a strong focus on project management. Proven experience with major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar project management qualification is a plus. Strong understanding of ERP system functionality, configuration, and deployment processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
