Our Business Managers are responsible for leading and developing a team of driven recruiters to make a real difference in the lives of several underserved communities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Branch Operations Leadership:
Lead branch operations and develop a team to drive sustainable growth and profitability that will impact lives.Develop a high-performing team aligned with organizational values.Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards in recruitment processes.Business and Sales Leadership:
Drive top and bottom-line growth as a Business Leader, responsible for Business Leadership, Sales Leadership, Operational Leadership, and Team Leadership. This includesGrow market share with existing business, personal sales production, and/or support of a sales driver.Client and Candidate Management:
Travel in the field to advertise local Teammates by distributing marketing materials such as flyers to local businesses or putting out yard signs near roads to enhance visibility & attract potential clients.Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and values fit for client positions. Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal and industry compliance standards.Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their staffing needs and adhering to agreed guidelines and expectations.Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client records, ensuring compliance with guidelines. This includes performing drug screens and background checks to ensure candidate eligibility.Cultural Development:
Build a culture that reflects our purpose and organizational values of integrity, innovation, service, and performance through hiring and developing a team of A-Players!Physical Requirements and Administrative Duties:
Handle administrative tasks proficiently using office equipment such as computers, phones, and other communication devices.Any other duties as assigned by Management.Ability to travel as needed, including driving or flying, to meet with clients, attend conferences, and visit other business locations.Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings, presentations, and desk work.Ability to read and analyze written information and data on a computer screen.Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively during in-person meetings, phone calls, and virtual conferences.Ability to work in various environments, including office settings, client sites, and event venues.Occasionally required to carry and lift materials such as laptops, presentation equipment, and promotional materials, typically up to 50 pounds.PREFERRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Experience:
2+ years of experience in a management/leadership role, preferably in business-to-business sales, outside sales, or the staffing industry.Experience selling a service vs. a product.Proven track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment.Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, management, finance, marketing, or a related field.Skills & Abilities:
